    Remakes and warranty policy:

    Remakes are very rare due to our technicians’ great attention to detail. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products for the best value. We invest heavily in human resources to control and maintain high-quality products. Therefore, we warranty our products for 5 years for fixed restorations and 1 year for removable restorations

    The cost of fabricating dental restorations cannot be waved off, refunded, or credited.

    We will repair/remake our products if a manufacturing fault is found and you have first paid all invoices you owe us for any products. The following will not be covered under this policy and will be charged at full price:

    • A.Request a remake/refit/adjustment using new impression and original restoration fits the original model

    • B.Original restoration and model/impression are not returned to us.

    • C.Doctor changes instructions, product, design or shade.

    • D.Doctor modifies or adjusts original model, impression or restoration.

    • E.Doctor re-prepsteeth.

    • F.We have inquired about the die, margin or impression and doctor approved but declined and requested completion of the case.

    • G.Defects arising from incorrect prescription or fitting, lacking or changing of supportive tooth or tissue
      structures, improper dental hygiene, misuse or accidents are not covered by this guarantee.

    • H.Doctor cancels the case after 24 hours of case receipt.

    • I.First denture setup retry is free, second retry is charged at 50%, third retry is charged at full price

    Our highly skilled QC supervisor will follow up the remake/repair case closely and we shall alone determine if the
    remake/repair is charged or will be covered under our warranty policy.

    Free case pick-up and return service policy (Sydney metro)

    We will pick-up and return your cases for free. The following will not be covered under this service and will be charged $15 for each pick-up and/or delivery:

    • A.Some areas are not covered with our free collection service please contact us to verify if your area is covered.

    • B.Pick-up charge will apply for a remake/repair/re-try case if no new additional case is included.

    • C.Pick-up charge will apply for a new impression or model for an existing case in our laboratory if no new additional case is included

    • D.Pick-up charge will apply for an additional component of an existing case in our laboratory and if no new additional case is included.

    • E.Pick-up and delivery fee will apply for a request to return a case without any work being carried out.

    • F.Pick-up charge will apply if a request for a pick-up is arranged and the case was not ready for collection, no pick-up was provided once courier arrives on site or the premises were closed.

    • G.Only one pick-up per day per customer. Additional pick-ups are charged at above rate.

    • H.We will charge pickup if the value of the invoice is less than $80.

    Return case service policy (Other areas)

    We will return your cases for free, the following will not be covered under this service and will be charged $15 for delivery:

    • A.Delivery fee will apply for a request to return a case without any work being carried out.

    • B.Delivery fee will apply if the value of the invoice is less than $80

    Late payment policy:

    Payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of the invoice. Interest will apply to any overdue amount at the rate of 5% per annum calculated daily and is payable upon request.
